When Travis was relocating from Perth to Dallas Fort Worth with his Australian Bulldog Duke, he reached out to Petraveller to assist him with his pet’s travel. Travis narrates his dog’s story and explains why he chose Petraveller.
Duke is a pure-bred Australian Bulldog, born on 22nd January 2018. Travis says, “I picked Duke up from the breeder when he was seven weeks and five days old, and until now he has been by my side every day of his life.”
Duke is a warm, friendly and very well socialised dog. Travis says fondly, “We moved around Western Australia together, as I used to work in farming. There never was a second that he wasn’t walking next to me or sitting in the passenger seat. I even used to take him to the local pub, and he’d run from person to person for pats.”
Travis relocated from Western Australia to Missouri, United States of America to get married. He says, “Now that I am living here, life isn’t the same without my best mate.” Travis decided to fly his pet to the United States of America with Petraveller’s assistance.
On why he chose Petraveller, Travis says, “I used to work as security at T3 Qantas domestic airport in Sydney and would see animals come through by Petraveller and other pet travel agencies. I noticed that Petraveller cared more and was always gentler with moving animals.”
