Daniel’s Labradoodle Howie recently travelled from Melbourne to Singapore. We spoke to Daniel about his pet’s relocation experience. Here’s what he had to say.
Howie joined the Lasnitzki family when he was just two months old. Daniel recalls, “When Howie was five, my wife and I had a baby girl named Adele. Howie and Adele are thick as thieves, and he has proven to be an excellent older brother.”
Daniel describes Howie as a very obedient dog. He can sit, drop, fetch and responds well to vocal discipline. He says, “Howie is almost six and a half years old now and has his quirks too. In spite of being trained to go outside to use the toilet, he stopped using the doggy door and has not used it in the last six years. He is still toilet trained, but will not let himself out.” He adds, “Howie is very playful with people and dogs, but can occasionally be too playful with other dogs and get on their nerves.”
The Lasnitzski family decided to relocate to Singapore for work and planned to take Howie with them. For his pet’s travel, Daniel wanted help from a pet relocation company and chose Petraveller. He says, “We opted for Petraveller as we got a reasonable deal which was of good value.”
Howie is now in Singapore, exploring new surroundings. We thank you, Daniel, for choosing Petraveller to relocate cute Howie. We hope he adjusts well in Singapore and we wish you all the best for the future.
