Alessio and his gorgeous Domestic Shorthair cat Maya relocated from Sydney to Rome with the help of Petraveller. Alessio shares his pet’s relocation experience with us.
Alessio adopted Maya in late October 2018 from a family. With a twinkle in his eye he says, “It was love at first sight, and is now she is an integral part of our family.”
Maya is a friendly cat who loves cuddles. Alessio recalls, “Maya loves to run and climb. She also has a strange relationship with flies; if she happens to see one, she begins to meow as if warning us of the fly’s presence.”
Alessio decided to move back home to Rome, Italy. He says, “We didn’t find what we expected here in Australia. We have our families and friends back in Italy. It will be good for Maya too because we live in a house with a garden.”
