Petraveller relocated Domestic Shorthair Oreo from Melbourne to Singapore. Here’s pet dad Weng talking about his pet and what led him to Petraveller for Oreo’s international pet travel to Singapore.
Weng adopted gorgeous Oreo last year from The Lost Dogs Home shelter and made her a part of the family. Weng recollects, “I was told that Oreo was FIV positive and extremely anxious, and would require a lot of time, effort and love to open up to me. I happily said yes, and Oreo has been the most loving cat ever. However, she still doesn’t trust anyone else and very quickly hides away if anyone comes to visit, even if they’ve been here many times before to interact with Oreo.”
Weng adores his cat. He says fondly, “Oreo is very loving, cuddles all day long and requires constant petting. Oreo jumps and runs away if there are any unexpected noises like a door opening, people talking, loud noises, etc.”
Weng was heading back to his home town in Singapore. He says, “I can’t be separated from Oreo, so I’ve opted for her to move with me.”
Relocating a pet from one country to another is now more challenging than ever because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, Weng decided to engage the services of an international pet relocation agency to make the journey more comfortable and less stressful for his cat. Weng came across Petraveller and reached out to the team for Oreo’s international relocation from Melbourne to Singapore.
Oreo had a fantastic journey and landed in Singapore safely. Oreo is now well-settled in her new home. Thank you, Weng, for trusting Petraveller and allowing us to relocate dear Oreo. We wish you an amazing life ahead with darling Oreo in Singapore.
