Charming Ragdoll Snoopy travelled from Melbourne to Auckland with Petraveller. Pet mum Julie talks about his strong character and tells us what led her to Petraveller.
Julie’s sister had a Ragdoll cat, and Snoopy was bred from her for Julie in Feb 2017. Julie fondly says, “Snoopy has a lot of character. He loves jumping into things, and loves going outside with his cat harness on. However, we make sure to keep him away from the bees as he is highly allergic.”
Snoopy is an indoor cat, who loves playing with feet. He likes it when he’s being brushed and loves playing with his toys. Like most cats, Snoopy loves his cat tree and his bed. Julie says, “Snoopy has a mind of his own and will do what he wants. At times he will sit with you, and there are times when he plays hide and seek. He does not like long cuddles and will hiss at strangers until he gets used to them. He is not a big fan of children as he does not like them running around.”
The Chapman family have relocated to Auckland for work. Julie says, “We had left Snoopy with a lady thinking she would look after him. But due to her work, she was no longer able to care for him. COVID made it difficult at the time to bring him with us. We miss him so much and just can’t wait to get him home with us in New Zealand.”
Julie wanted her adorable pet to have a safe and comfortable travel experience. Julie and her sister looked around for a reliable pet transport company to help with Snoopy’s pet transport to New Zealand. She contacted Petraveller and allocated the responsibility of relocating Snoopy to Auckland. Julie says, “My sister and I looked around in Australia and we felt that Petraveller was the best choice.”
Snoopy had an incredible journey and is now happily reunited with his family in Auckland. Here's wishing great happiness and lots of kisses to sweet Snoopy!
