Here’s the relocation story of handsome kitty, Sully, who loves the most expensive brand of tuna. Pet mum Hui Ying talks about Sully’s significance in her life and explains why she partnered with Petraveller for his international pet travel to Singapore.
Domestic Shorthair Sully became a part of Hui Ying’s life in 2014 when she adopted Sully and took him home forever. Hui Ying shares, “Sully was surrendered to the veterinarian because he had an eye injury. Sully’s previous owner initially wanted to put him down because he was moving to Singapore as an expat and did not want to spend money on Sully. Luckily, the owner changed his mind and surrendered him to the vet instead.”
Hui Ying and Sully share an incredible bond. She says affectionately, “Sully is the most loyal and an extremely affectionate cat. While I’m studying, he loves to sit on my lap and rest his chin on my arms. He loves his heated blanket in the winter and meows loudly if it switches off. Sully has a unique voice, but at times it is very annoying.”
Hui Ying laughs and adds, “Sully loves the most expensive brand of tuna from the supermarket. No matter what diet I give him, he always finds other cat’s food better than his.”
Hui Ying was heading back home to Singapore. She says, “We are returning home as we have a new born, and we need family support. Leaving Sully behind was never an option because he is my loyal old man. Sully has given me a lot of emotional support
when I was alone.”
Hui Ying decided to take help from a professional team that specialises in transporting pets abroad. She reached out to Petraveller to assist in Sully’s relocation to Singapore. Hui Ying says, “I first had an experience with Petraveller when a friend engaged your services to transport his puppy Duke. I was involved as a temporary caretaker for the puppy. The experience I had was very pleasant with every staff member I came across. I was impressed with Petraveller’s dedication to animal care and client experience. It was a no-brainer and I did not have to look anywhere else.”
Sully had a great flight and landed safely in Singapore. Thank you, Hui Ying, for booking Petraveller for darling Sully’s relocation. We wish you good luck and lots of fun and laughter with Sully out there in Singapore.
