Petraveller helped pet mum Caroline in relocating her Silky Terrier, Tinkles, from Perth to Singapore. We spoke to Caroline about her pet and the international pet relocation experience.
Caroline has had Tinkles ever since Tinkles was a little baby. She says, “Tinkles is our first daughter and is a huge part of the family. She follows us wherever we go. In 2016, we moved from Singapore to Perth, and she came with us.”
Tinkles is a timid little dog. Though she is not very friendly with other pets, she is excellent with people. Caroline says, “She was very active when she was younger. She’s a lot less active now that she’s older, but still enjoys her time in the sun. Unfortunately, she has significant loss of sight and hearing so she is increasingly panicky.”
Caroline adds, “Tinkles responds to claps and loves tummy rubs.”
Caroline was moving back home to Bedok, Singapore, and it was clear that Tinkles would be following her. She decided to choose an accredited international pet transport company to assist in relocating her pet abroad.
