Damien relocated from Mildura to Boston with his adorable cats Jethro and Rufus. Damien speaks about how different the cats are from each other and tells us why he chose Petraveller for their relocation.
Jethro is a Domestic Shorthair rescue cat from the Lost Dogs Home who became a part of the Curran family in 2013. After two years in January 2015, Rufus, a British Shorthair, born to a breeder, joined the Curran family.
Jethro is a very friendly, loving and an affectionate cat who considers everyone visiting him as friends. Damien says, “He loves a good head butt and enjoys going to sleep nestled in my arm. He goes on supervised visits to the backyard, where he loves laying in the sun.”
Rufus is quite the opposite; he is a little timid when it comes to strangers. Damien says, “Rufus tends to hide if anyone unknown comes around, and doesn’t like big crowds. He prefers to show his affection to one or two people. When he’s outside, he loves to climb trees.”
The Curran family decided to relocate to Boston, and Damien began his hunt for a good and trustworthy pet relocation agency in Australia. He says, “When I compared the prices with other companies, Petraveller seemed right. All their testimonials also rang true. I was also impressed with the personal touch and responses when dealing with Petraveller, and they were very professional.”
Jethro and Rufus arrived safely in Boston, and Damien was satisfied with Petraveller’s service. He says, “The team at Petraveller were incredible. They were always available to ease my nerves and answer my questions. It took a load off my mind not having to worry about the cats.”
Jethro and Rufus are busy exploring their new surroundings. Thank you, Damien, for trusting Petraveller with your precious fur babies and wishing you guys more fabulous adventures in Boston.
