Hi, I'm Lenny, founder and CEO of Petraveller. Aviation and animal welfare have been my passion ever since I can remember. When Petraveller launched in 2014, I had a mission to create the world's safest and most caring pet travel company. I'm so thrilled that we've succeeded and have become Australia's leading pet transport company. My team are like family and provides an exceptional experience to all our clients (human and animal) every day. My hobbies include my family, walking my Toy Cavoodle Baby, cycling, watching documentaries, and travelling the world to meet with our incredible pet partners.

Hello, I’m Jessica, the co-founder and CFO of Petraveller. My role includes taking care of our Marketing, HR and Finance functions and overseeing our company assets and day-to-day operations. Keeping families together brings our team incredible joy. I’m so proud of our Petraveller family and their commitment to delivering the best care to our clients and their pets daily. In my spare time, I love hosting dinner parties with friends and family, weekend brunch dates, getting in a few reformer Pilates classes, and travelling. I’m also Fur Mum to our sweet Toy Cavoodle, Baby.

Hi, I’m Leila. I have had the pleasure of being a part of the Petraveller team since 2020. Starting at Petraveller in the thick of Covid was, to put it mildly, a very difficult time. There is no challenge that our team cannot overcome since we have come out on the other side more knowledgeable and resilient than before. My role as COO is predominantly behind the scenes, ensuring all approvals have been granted and all documentation is in place. I work closely with our CEO to oversee each team and ensure our procedures are as reliable as possible. Hello! I’m Jacky. I’ve had the pleasure of being part of the Petraveller family since 2022, starting as a Pet Concierge and working my way up as the Quality Assurance Manager. My role is to ensure all bookings go ahead as smoothly as possible from start to finish. From making sure all final documents are compliant to ensuring all clients have the best experience possible and resolving any challenges that may come up. I’ve worked in the pet transport industry since 2018, and the pet industry in general for over a decade. I’m proud to be able to work in the best and most caring company in Australia that takes care of both its staff and clients. As a dog lover, my life revolves around my fur family. I have a husky named Shasta who goes everywhere with me, from cafes to restaurants, to hiking, kayaking, camping, road trips and more.

Hello. I'm Sam, and my role at Petraveller is ensuring every client and their pet has a smooth journey, from takeoff to touchdown and everything in between. I work closely within our teams and with our trusted airline partners to ensure your furry family member is treated like a VIP (Very Important Pet!) from when our wonderful Concierge team collect your pet until they are safely in your arms again. I'm a seasoned transport and aviation professional with my own young family and fur babies, so I understand how important it is to be updated every step of the way. I enjoy basketball, travelling and spending time with my children during my downtime.

Hi, my name is Marigold, and I've been working as an Executive Assistant for Lenny for five years. I am passionate about connecting with and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers and our team. As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, I love working very closely with Lenny to ensure he is operating efficiently, and I am committed to ensuring Petraveller's overall success. Cats are my passion; I have four - Morris, Coco, Peng and Luca. You can find me at the gym most days or on a 2-hour stroll when I'm not working.

Hi, my name is Kristy, and I’ve been working at Petraveller since 2021 as the Accounts and Melbourne Office Manager. I enjoy working within a team environment and yes, I love numbers!!! Whether reconciling an account, paying an invoice, or managing payroll, numbers are never boring to me. I also hold a key role in the office by making sure the snack jars are always full! Outside of work, I’m a mum of two kids, two dogs and two cats. You will usually find my husband and I watching some sort of sporting event, whether it’s our daughter’s netball, an AFL game, or the Formula 1.

Hi, I'm Rocshil, Finance Assistant. My role takes care of our accounts payable and receivables, guaranteeing smooth financial operations for Petraveller. I am precise and enthusiastic and enjoy the fast paced nature of my job. I spend my free time watching local and international movies, surfing YouTube, and catching up with my friends and family. I'm also fur mum to three cats - Cotton, Ipsy and Bruno

Hi, I'm Christinelle. I've been working in the pet travel industry for almost six years, and I'm really passionate about what I do. Pet travel is a lot more complicated than most people think, and it takes a small army to make sure that everything flows smoothly for them. I work behind the scenes in New Zealand, overseeing all flights and government approvals prior to travel. I also meet the pets arriving into Auckland, ensuring a pleasant reunion with their New Zealand based owners. Aside from this, I enjoy cooking, a bit of music and taking too many photos of my two cats, Darl and Little Guy.

Hi there, I'm Fergus. I'm a Pet Travel Associate and responsible for our quality assurance function. With a long-standing history in IT, I enjoy the process of due diligence and enjoy detail checking on a business front and generally as a person. I love to cook and listen to classic '60s, '70s, and '80s songs. I'm a married man and a proud father of a one-year-old boy.

Hello, I'm Vibha. I have been with Petraveller since 2018. As a Senior Communications Advisor, I plan and write content for the Petraveller website and our blog and manage Petraveller's website and social media pages. The best part of my day is learning and writing about international pet travel, usually under the watchful eye of my furry family members! The Petraveller blog helps people understand the complexities of pet travel better before they embark on their pet travel adventure with their beloved pet. When I am not at work looking up the latest rules and regulations of pet travel, I like to spend time travelling with my family.

With years of experience in the field, I've become a true expert in pet-friendly travel that is seamless, enjoyable, and safe. Outside of my two passions, I love yoga, cooking and making unforgettable memories with my family.

My name is Paul and I have been working at Petraveller 2017. I’ve had many roles at Petraveller, starting as a Pet Concierge and currently as a Pet Travel Manager. My progression at Petraveller has resulted from a passion for helping people move internationally with their family’s most prized possessions - their pets! It is my vocation to serve our clients. Being in the industry for 16 years, I found a company that shared my passion and showed me higher levels of service could be achieved. My favourite part of my job is hearing the anxiety of new customers melt away after they speak with us, and they feel safe in the knowledge that their pet will get the best of care. I am Scottish and, of course, a passionate sports fan that sees me suffer for my sport as I have to watch at crazy times of the morning. I love to give back and include coaching junior club sports in my spare time to help others reach for goals.

Hi, I'm Cindy. I've been working in pet travel since 2018, and last year alone, I successfully helped reunite over 1000 pets with their owners. As a Pet Travel Advisor, I enjoy providing expert advice to clients wanting to relocate their Furbabies overseas and ensuring they are reunited on the other side. The highlight of my day is receiving updates from families in their new home and the satisfaction of being able to help coordinate their relocation safely and soundly. When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time with my own Furbaby Kirby and seeking new culinary experiences.

Hi, my name is Lindy. I’ve worked in the pet care industry for the last 15 years, including pet boarding, pet transport and quarantine for pets arriving in New Zealand. Nearly half my life has been dedicated to caring for animals when their owners could not be with them. As Pet Travel Advisor at Petraveller I love assisting customers in making a stressful time in their lives more manageable. My favourite thing for a customer to say is that they feel so much better after talking with me. My time is consumed by my two busy little boys and our dogs and keeping everyone happy and life running as smoothly as possible. We love spending as much time on the beach as possible or walking in the bush and keeping up to date with all the Marvel superhero movies.

Hi there, I’m Joanna. As a global pet travel expert, I am honoured to take care of you and your furry member through every step of the journey. I’m dedicated to finding creative travel solutions to ensure your pet travels on the safest, most direct route during their journey and gets to their new home as soon as possible. My hobbies are acting and writing poetry, and when I’m not relocating pets, you’ll find me playing the piano or keeping fit by lifting weights.

My name is Amanda, and I’m the National & NSW Operations Manager at Petraveller. My career in the pet travel and human industry spans 15 years, and I love the satisfaction of coordinating my team to ensure our operations run smoothly all over the country. Seeing photos and videos of our precious cargo being reunited with their family overseas brings me so much joy and inspires me to strive for excellence. I enjoy spending my spare time with my family, which of course, includes my four-legged family members.

Hi there. I’m David, Petraveller’s Ground Ops Manager for Melbourne. I love meeting our clients and their pets. Our clients are the best of the best when it comes to caring about their animals. I feel so fortunate to be able to talk to them about their pets and be entrusted with their care. I also love working with the wonderful and like-minded people at Petraveller. I have been fascinated by animal behaviour, genetics, and ethology, specifically in canids, and my hobbies are sheepdog training and the odd sheepdog trial when I get the chance. I am an expert in general dog training and canine behavioural modification, and I have a small 40-acre farm with approximately 60 sheep and my beautiful sheepdogs.

Hello, I’m Kylie. I have worked in the pet transport industry since 2016, in various roles, from pet care, booking and managing pet travel and delivering ground operations. At Petraveller, I run our ground operations in Perth as Ground Operations Manager WA, taking care of our clients and their pets as they prepare to fly to their new home. When I am not working, I am at home with my three children and a wide range of animals. From a rescue dingo, reptiles, birds, fish and the eight-legged kind, the Australian Bird Eating Tarantula. I am a huge animal lover, so pet travel at Petraveller has been a very rewarding career for me.

Hi, I'm Nina and I have over 15 years of experience in the animal industry. Animals are my passion, and I'm a qualified animal trainer specialising in dog behaviour. Having worked in many different roles in the animal industry, I've learnt there is something special about helping families and pets travel across the world together. It's such a fulfilling career, and I enjoy every single moment of it. 

Hi there, I'm Anna. I feel so privileged to form a bond with your beloved pets while in our care and always treat them as if they are my own. My favourite part of my role is seeing our beautiful families reunited, healthy and happy. Relocating your fur baby overseas is challenging, and I'm glad to be part of a team that alleviates some of the stress for you. When I'm not working, you'll find me taking my dog Whippet Willow for a lovely long hike or happily eating at one of Melbourne's amazing cafes or restaurants.

Hey, I'm Tom from the Petraveller Ground Operations team. I've grown up with many pets throughout my life and recognise their importance and positive impact on our mental and physical wellbeing. Caring for your family members during their pet travel journey is a privilege. Outside of work, I'm an avid sports lover. I love running and all things health and fitness.

Hey, I'm Daniel. I've been working in Ground Operations at Petraveller since 2019. My favourite part of working at Petraveller is seeing the enormous amount of love owners have for their pets, and it's pretty special how they trust us here to care for them. We take that seriously, and we make sure we always deliver the best level of care. When I'm not at work, you'll likely find me watching footy or listening to a podcast on a walk outside.

Hi, I’m Katie. As a Pet Concierge the highlight of my day is definitely the one on one engagement with our pets. From meeting their families upon collection, to their daily walks around the park and, finally, getting them ready for boarding on their way to their new home! When I’m not at work you’ll find me outdoors, usually cheering on a local sporting event or at a live gig!

I've been with Petraveller as a Pet Concierge since 2019. My role involves collecting our client's pets from their homes, taking care of them during transit and getting them ready for a safe and comfortable journey. As a pet parent to a Labrador retriever, Fiero and a domestic short hair cat, Fortunato, I understand the love and care required when caring for other people's pets. I'm bilingual, speak and write Spanish, and enjoy spending time with my wife and son, reading, soccer and travelling.

Hi, Ollie here. My role at Petraveller is Pet Concierge, and the best part is undoubtedly the contact I get with cats and dogs. There's no match for the unspoken connection between a pet and a human; the affection you can receive from a dog greeting you at the door or a cat purring on your chest is all the therapy is the best part of any day. I'm also a filmmaker and love music. When I'm not at work or studying, you find me playing guitar, listening to the Beatles and working on film projects. 

Hi, I’m Bex! I’m your Pet Concierge with Petraveller based in Auckland, New Zealand. Reuniting loved fur babies with their owners and caregivers brings joy to my heart. I enjoy family time and pet sitting, and I’m also a background action film extra. Life is exciting, and I like to enjoy every minute of it! 

Hi, I'm Aira, Pet Travel Assistant. My role involves communicating with our wonderful clients, understanding their needs and connecting them with one of our Pet Travel Advisors. I enjoy juggling multiple tasks and keeping myself busy, and taking the best care of our clients brings me so much satisfaction. Hi, I’m Sean. I am a Pet Travel Assistant, providing admin support to our team, including managing transit updates and tracking the status of our flights. I enjoy sharing updates with our clients, so they are confident that their pets are happy and comfortable during travel. I usually watch movies and hang out with my friends when I'm not working. I also love photography and travelling.

Hi, Crislie is my name. My primary duties and responsibilities as part of the Petraveller family are preparing pet travel quotes for our clients and all admin associated with our pet travel bookings. I love being a part of our client's special journey, which is so rewarding. When I'm not at work, I like playing softball and volleyball, watching dramas, and attending church.

Woof! It’s Baby here. As the official mascot of Petraveller, my role is exceptionally impawtant. I’m in charge of the treats jar, the office sofa and barking at all couriers arriving at head office. I love my job, although it’s exhausting being this cute all the time. When not manning the head office, I love seeing my friends at doggy daycare, enjoying long walks by the river and indulging in the odd puppacino. You can be confident that the Petraveller team will take the best care of your pet, because I am spoilt with a capital S!
