Pet dogs and cats travelling from rabies-free countries such as Australia and New Zealand do not need a rabies titre test before travelling to Singapore. However, pets flying from all other countries require a rabies titre test. Pets travelling from rabies-free countries and countries with a negligible risk of rabies will not be quarantined on arrival in Singapore as long as all other veterinary conditions are met.
