Alex and Domenico

Petraveller’s pet relocation services were booked by Domenico for the relocation of his West Highland Terrier, Alex from Melbourne to France. Domenico talks about the special bond that he shares with his pet and explains why he chose Petraveller.

Alex joined the Callea family when he was two months old. Domenico says affectionately, “From day one, he got a lot of attention from all the members of our family.”

Alex is a quiet and loving dog who prefers humans over dog companions. Domenico says fondly, “He has a real affinity for his brother Julian and his sister Ines. During winter he enjoys long naps near the fireplace, and when its springtime he is an avid garden digger.”

Domenico was relocating to Sarreguemines, France for work reasons and leaving Alex behind was not an option for him. He started looking for an accredited international pet travel company to help him with his pet’s relocation. After a lot of research, he contacted Petraveller. Domenico says, “We dealt with another animal transport company who were, unfortunately, lacking in communication.”
