Benson and Emma

“Benson is an absolute delight to have around, despite his snoring.”  

Petraveller transported cute Cavalier King Charles X Benson from Sydney to London. We spoke to pet mum Emma about Benson, and why she chose Petraveller. Here’s what she had to say.

Emma worked for the Animal Welfare League when she adopted Benson who came in with his siblings as an unwanted litter. She says, “He was only seven weeks old, and I have had him ever since. So being apart for almost a year now as I have moved to the UK has been hard.”

Benson is a snuggler. Emma says fondly, “He has always had a gentle heart and loves all people and dogs. Benson is an absolute delight to have around, despite his snoring. He loves being with people at all times. He is not overly energetic but loves his walks and to smell new things.”

Emma moved to the UK about a year ago for career progression and was now ready to bring Benson over from Australia. She says, “I was awarded an agricultural scholarship, which led me to meet some amazing people around the world.  I knew I would have to save money to get Benson over to the UK.”

When Emma decided to bring Benson to the UK, she reached out to Petraveller to help her with her pet’s relocation from Sydney to London. She says, “I chose Petraveller because of the friendly service. My friends from the Animal Welfare League pointed me to Petraveller.”

Benson had a fantastic journey from Sydney to London and is settling in well his new home. Emma says, “Benson was exhausted after his flight and slept for a few days, but was his normal self soon after. I appreciate the effort Petraveller put in for us to be reunited.”

Emma and Benson are both happy with the pet relocation experience. Emma says, “We go for walks every day around the English hills, and Benson is already used to the cold English weather.”
