“Bruno is loving, kind, and eager to please!”

Nicky and his dog Bruno moved from Sydney to Stratford, London with Petraveller. Nicky talks about how special Bruno is and the pet relocation experience.

Bruno became a part of the Napier family when he was 10 weeks old. He was born next door to the Napiers in their house in England and has been a member of the family ever since. He is a cross between a Springer and a Labrador; his adorable legs are shorter than a Lab and he has a cute Springer-shaped head. Bruno is a smart, happy and well-behaved boy, who is very attached to his family. Nicky says, “He has more energy than an average Lab (thanks to his Springer side) and loves being out in the countryside. He also loves to swim and adores children. Bruno loves to do the school run with me and meet all the kids at my son's school.”

Bruno is an extremely gentle and sweet boy, who rarely barks. He is almost bemused when he hears other dogs barking. Nicky says fondly, “He is very loving, kind and is eager to please. He was the quietest in the litter and that hasn't really changed. When someone he likes comes to the house he finds something to give them; a ball perhaps or in England he had a favourite door stop!”

The Napier family moved to Brisbane from England in 2017 with Bruno and it was now time to move back home. Nicky says, “Though we love Brisbane, we miss our home country far too much. We are returning to the United Kingdom for good and we are glad that Bruno was able to share the Brisbane experience with us.”

Nicky was sure from the beginning that Petraveller will be their pet travel agency. He says, “Petraveller was the company that our UK pet travel company used for the onward travel domestically. There was a small hiccup with the flights (organised by the UK company) and Petraveller handled this with such efficiency that I never had any doubt that Bruno would get to us safely. I had no other company I wanted to use when I realised that we were going back to London this year. Lenny has always been great and my experience with Andrea has also been exceptional.”
