Brave Charlie travelled across the world from Sydney to Zagreb with Petraveller. Here’s pet parent Irena talking about her pet and explaining what led her to Petraveller for Charlie’s international pet travel to Croatia.

Gorgeous Spoodle Charlie has been a cherished member of the Uremovic family for the past seven years. Charlie is a very friendly and loving dog. She likes people more than she likes other dogs. Irena explains, “Charlie is a bit hesitant with other dogs, especially if they are bigger than her, as she was attacked by a dog when she was a puppy.”

Describing Charlie’s personality, Irena shares, “Charlie is very friendly with people. She loves our post lady, and she gets excited as she sees her coming in the window. Our post lady also loves Charlie, and there are always lots of cuddles when she brings mail to us.” Charlie’s affectionate nature and boundless enthusiasm brings joy to everyone around her.

 Charlie loves her walks and playing fetch and dog snacks. Irena smiles and says, “Charlie would do anything for food, so she learnt lots of tricks/commands like sit, drop, stay, shake, spin, roll, dead, fetch this way, and many others.”

Irena and her husband were moving to Zagreb, as both have elderly parents in Croatia who needed their care and attention. Moving closer to family was a priority for the Uremovic family, and Charlie was an indispensable part of their support system.
