“Dallas’s cheeky personality always manages to put a smile on my face.”

Petraveller helped Ben relocate his Tibetan Spaniel Dallas from Sydney to Vancouver. Ben talks about his special bond with Dallas and shares his international pet travel experience with Petraveller.

Dallas became a part of Ben's life as a puppy almost fifteen years ago. Ben fondly says, “He has helped me through a lot of hard times, and his cheeky personality always manages to put a smile on my face. We treat Dallas as our fur baby!”

Speaking about his adorable pet, Ben says, “Despite his age, Dallas is energetic and fun-loving. He is also a tough little man. He has a heart condition and lost an eye due to trauma about eighteen months ago. His resilience, despite all his challenges, continues to amaze us!” Ben continues, “Dallas is an extraordinary little guy. Given his age and heart condition, we’re extremely anxious about relocating him.”

Ben was moving to Vancouver, Canada, for work. “It would be possible for Dallas to stay back with my mum, but I can’t bear the thought of leaving him behind. We have a very close bond after fifteen years together,” says Ben.

Ben was anxious about putting his pet through an international journey of that length. He chose to handover the relocation of his dog to a reliable global pet transport company to transport his beloved pet safely to Vancouver.
