“Lupo is a giant goofball!”

The global crisis precipitated by the COVID-19 pandemic has forced many people to move back home. Nick chose Petraveller to relocate his gorgeous German Shepherd Lupo from Melbourne to Christchurch. He talks about Lupo and explains why he chose Petraveller for the international pet relocation.

Lupo joined the Seal family as a ten-week-old puppy in December 2019. Speaking of Lupo’s quirky nature, Nick says, “Lupo is a giant goofball! He loves dogs of any size, big or small. He is great with children too, and will do anything for a treat. Overall, he’s a friendly dog.”

The COVID-19 pandemic forced Nick to move back home to Christchurch, New Zealand. He says, “We have no safety net here in Australia and are better off back home with our family.” Lupo being a big part of the family, it was evident that he would be joining them in New Zealand.

Nick began searching for international pet relocation companies to assist him in relocating his pet. He says, “I contacted many pet travel agencies but no one even replied to our quote requests. Petraveller was great and they put my mind at ease during this incredibly stressful time. I was very impressed with the quick turn around. We are so grateful.”

Pet travel during the COVID pandemic is a big challenge, because of the lockdown and the unavailability of flights but Petraveller was able to relocate Lupo safely.
