“Maggie likes to pee in a handstand when marking her territory!”
Petraveller relocated an adorable Labradoodle pup Maggie from Melbourne to Glasgow recently. Maggie’s human mum, Leanne, talks about Maggie’s quirks and why she chose Petraveller for the international pet relocation.
Maggie became a part of Leanne’s life as a nine-week-old pup. Leanne recalls, “I was living in Alice Springs when I got Maggie. She was born in Emerald Queensland, and took three flights to get to me in Alice Springs. This will not be her first flight.”
Maggie is a very happy and energetic dog. Leanne says fondly, “She is very food and ball driven, and she absolutely adores children.”
Leanne laughs as she describes one of Maggie’s quirks, “I have a million heart-warming stories of Maggie. Her funniest quirk is she likes to pee in a handstand when marking her territory!”
Leanne was heading back home to Glasgow, Scotland, as the COVID-19 pandemic made her realise that she wants to be closer to her family, and she was taking Maggie along.
Leanne began her hunt for a suitable international pet transport company to assist her relocate her precious fur baby safely to Glasgow. She was looking for a company that would provide the best possible care for Maggie during her long flight. She says, “I tried another company before reaching out to Petraveller. But the company had gone into administration and there were some concerning stories circulating. Maggie is my child, and her safety is my priority!”
Maggie was an absolute darling during her entire journey. Thank you, Leanne, for trusting us with your cute doggy. We hope you are enjoying your family time and have many fun adventures with Maggie in Glasgow.
