James and his pet Max travelled from Sydney to Dallas Fort Worth with Petraveller. James explains how Max became a part of their family and shares his relocation experience.

Max became a part of the Cantrell family when he was eight weeks old and has been with them ever since. James says, “Max is an indoor dog and is a part of everything that we do. Max is a true member of our family. He frets when the whole family is not around.”

Max is very smart and loving. James says fondly, “He loves to be outdoors during his morning routine. Whenever he wants something, he will let you know.”

The Cantrells were moving to Dallas Fort Worth to be closer to family. James says, “We have started a new adventure in the US, and also wanted to allow our son to experience high school in the US.”

James did some research and contacted a few pet travel companies. He says, “We decided to opt for Petraveller’s service as it suited us the best and their representative was very helpful.”

Max was a great passenger and made his trip across the world with great ease. James was delighted with the pet travel experience. He says, “Max arrived in great shape and great spirits. Petraveller’s excellent communication and the photos and videos were a great stress reliever.”
