Padfoot and Andrew

Andrew and his cute pet, Padfoot recently travelled from Sydney to London with Petraveller. Andrew talks about Padfoot, the special bond that they share, and tells us why he chose Petraveller.

Andrew adopted Padfoot about two years ago from Central Coast Animal Care Facility. Padfoot is a Cattle Dog X and is extremely healthy, intelligent and confident. She is a beautiful girl, with the sweetest disposition. Andrew says, “She is a people person and will do anything for pats, but you have to watch out or else she’ll give you a big smooch on the face.”

Padfoot does not get along with some dogs; she has a problem with greyhounds and small dogs. “Padfoot loves playing chase with medium to large dogs. She also has a strong prey drive and will blindly run after cats or vermin,” says Andrew.

Andrew and his partner Shannon were relocating to London and wanted to take Padfoot along. He says, “My partner Shannon got a great job opportunity in London, so we are going on a little adventure for a few years or more, and there was no way we were leaving Padfoot behind.”

Andrew began his search for an accredited pet relocation agency with zero-harm ratings to help with the move. He says, “I decided to go with Petraveller as I felt they were very professional. They also gave me a very good price.”
