Pandy and Zadia

Zadia and her pet dog Pandy travelled from Melbourne to Milan with Petraveller. Zadia talks about Pandy’s significance in her life and shares her international pet travel experience with Petraveller.

Pandy became a part of Zadia’s family in July 2020. Zadia smiles as she recalls, “Pandy was the teeniest pup in the litter but had the biggest personality. As I live alone, Pandy has been the greatest companion anyone could ever have. I was lucky to have her during the lockdowns in Melbourne.”

Pandy has a lot of personality. Zadia says, “Pandy is friendly, easy-going, and loves cuddles. Her two favourite words are treat and walkies; she can understand them even when I spell it out. Pandy enjoys going for car rides, meeting new people and loves having visitors. She will walk up to the biggest dog in the park or at the beach and say hello; she is pretty fearless despite her size.” Zadia continues, “Pandy runs like a rocket and can almost outrun anyone! She is an excellent guard dog, she is always alert, trying to protect her mum.”

Zadia was moving to Milan, Italy, to be with her mum. She says, “As I’m the only child, I am the only family member to take care of my mum as she is getting older. We decided to make a move together to a place that we have always loved and pined for. As life is short, we decided to go live our Italian dream. Leaving Pandy behind was never considered. She is a huge part of our small family, and we couldn’t live without her.”

Zadia started searching for a reliable international pet transport company to move her pet from Melbourne to Milan safely. Before deciding on Petraveller, Zadia made several enquiries with other pet relocation companies in Australia. She says, “The other companies either did not have information or were too busy to take phone calls and wanted me to email an enquiry.”
