Roki and Vischa

“Roki is my fur child who has been by my side through thick and thin.”

Vischa and her hunky Rottweiler Roki recently relocated from Brisbane to Istanbul with Petraveller. Vischa speaks about her love for Roki and why she chose Petraveller for his relocation.

Roki is a beautiful big male Rottweiler who Vischa adopted when he was six weeks old. Vischa says affectionately, “Roki is seven years old now, and he is my fur child. He has been by my side through thick and thin. I went through a bad long-term relationship, and he was there with me through it all and is very protective of me now. He would do anything for me as I would for him.”

Roki is a big friendly giant who loves cuddles and lots of affection. Vischa laughs and says, “He has a puppy brain in a big dog body. Roki still thinks he can sit on your lap like a puppy, but he is fifty kilos now. He would rather sleep all day than go for walks. He is very lazy but also very attentive at the same time. Roki can snore loud, so much so that the neighbours can even hear him in their house!”

Vischa decided to relocate to Istanbul to start a new adventure with her new partner who had moved to Turkey. She says, “I would never leave my dog behind. My partner offered to pay for the flights for my big puppy as he knows how much he means to me.”

Roki had a pleasant journey from Brisbane to Istanbul and is busy making new friends. Vischa says, “Roki has settled in very well, and everyone loves him here. He experienced snow for the first time here in Turkey and is enjoying it.”
