Willow and Anna

Anna relocated from Perth to Stockholm with Willow, her beautiful Miniature Poodle X. Anna talks about Willow’s quirks and why she chose Petraveller for her pet’s relocation.

Willow became a part of Anna’s family in 2015 when she first saw her in a pet store in Perth. Anna says fondly, “Willow is loved by everyone she meets; she’s even won non-dog lovers over. She is a curious dog and always wants to be in the middle of the action; may it be a visit to the park, gardening or at friends’ BBQs. Her groomer also says that she is a beautiful soul, and I cannot agree more.”

Willow is a free-spirited little girl who doesn’t like being tied up on the lead. She has chewed off a few to set herself free and has even tried to set other dogs free from their leads. Anna says, “She trusts people and other dogs quite easily. She is full of energy, loves water and the beach.”

Willow is a bit goofy and can be quite clumsy at times. Anna says, “I don’t think she’s got the best eyesight as she’s never once caught a ball with precision. Even though she’s four, she is constantly playing.”

Anna and her Dutch partner have recently located to the Netherlands to be closer to family. She says, “Willow has been staying with my ex and his family, but it’s time for her to join us here in Europe. She will stay in Sweden with my parents and then move to the Netherlands to stay with us. I’m very excited to take her out on the lake by our house in Sweden this summer. I haven’t seen her since July and miss her dearly.”
