Bear and Berindene

Berindene and her adorable Shar Pei Bear recently relocated from Melbourne to Auckland with Petraveller. She speaks about Bear and tells us why she chose Petraveller for the international pet relocation.

Bear was born on 17th August, 2019 and became a part of the Potgieter family when he was three months old. Berindene speaks fondly of her pet and says, “We absolutely adore him. He goes with us everywhere, he camps with us, kayaks and loves the water.”

Talking about her pet, Berindene says, “Bear is very protective of his family. He loves other dogs. He is sceptical of humans until he knows you a bit better. But he is not aggressive.”

The Potgieter family were moving back home to Auckland, New Zealand and Bear was joining them.

Pet travel can be a stressful process, especially if you’re in the middle of your own international relocation.
