“Betty has a great sense of humour.”

Petraveller relocated cute Shih Tzu Betty from Melbourne to Singapore. Betty’s mum, Jennifer, speaks about her pet’s personality and why she chose Petraveller for Betty’s international pet relocation.

Jennifer welcomed Betty into her home in May 2021. Jennifer remembers, “Betty was a small cute little puppy when we got her. She is a Shih Tzu Maltese mix and is about nine months old.” 

Jennifer describes Betty as a very affectionate dog. Jennifer talks about her pet’s playful nature. She says, “Betty loves to cuddle and play fetch. We spend most of our time trying to retrieve the ball out of her mouth! Betty has a great sense of humour. She loves to trot around the house with the ball before she returns it, shaking her head. When we try to get hold of the ball, she runs away!”

Jennifer was relocating to Singapore for work and was taking Betty with her. Jennifer decided to hire professional pet transporters to organise Betty’s journey to Singapore. She received several quotes from pet travel companies but chose to go ahead with Petraveller. Jennifer says, “Petraveller was highly responsive and has been very helpful and friendly in helping us navigate this move for Betty. Petraveller reassured us that Betty would be well taken care of during the stressful transition. It is nice that Petraveller took such good care of Betty during her journey.”
