Duke and Sarah

Sarah and her cute Mini Groodle Duke recently relocated from Sydney to Dublin with Petraveller. We had a conversation with Sarah about Duke and why she chose Petraveller. Here’s what Sarah had to say.

Duke was Sarah’s 30th birthday present. She smiles and says, “My partner Luke was going to surprise me, but the landlord copied me on the email saying we could go ahead and get a dog. So, I was a part of picking him. We’ve had him now for just over a year and a half now, and he’s the best thing we ever did.”

Duke is a loveable dog; he loves giving attention to everyone! Sarah laughs and says, “He’ll see a stranger on the street and will start wagging his tail going over to greet them. He is very good with other dogs, kids, and strangers. He is a very clever and a good listener as well.”

Sarah was a little concerned about Duke’s long journey. She says, “ Duke can get quite anxious at times, and travelling could be hard for him. But if he gets attention, I think he’ll be fine.”

Sarah and her partner were moving back home to Dublin to be with her father as he was unwell.  She says, “There was never any doubt that Duke would be coming with us.”

Sarah started her hunt for a pet-friendly and a trustworthy pet transport agency to assist her with the pet travel. She says, “We loved that Petraveller sent photo and video updates throughout the journey. Petraveller’s representative was great throughout the process; he kept me updated and informed about everything.”
