The Lim family brought home a cute Japanese Spitz from a breeder in Melbourne and named him Haku. Choo shares, “Our family pet, also a Japanese Spitz passed away due to old age in 2021. After a year, our mum was ready for a new dog in the family home in Singapore. After searching for a long time, we found Haku here in Melbourne. As we are based in Melbourne, we picked up Haku, cared for him for the past two months and prepared him for his big journey to Singapore.”

Choo talks about Haku’s personality. He says, “Haku is a three-month-old puppy and very independent. We’ve crate trained him from day one, and he is now happy to be in the crate overnight and during the day while we work. For the past two weeks, Haku has been able to hold his bladder overnight with no accidents.” 

Choo adds, “Haku is very active and cheeky, but not destructive in the house. He loves water and has jumped into the pond twice. We have to keep a watchful eye when Haku is out in the backyard! We have another dog in our Melbourne home, and they are great playmates.”

Haku was travelling to his forever home to his family in Singapore. Choo decided to seek assistance from an experienced pet transport agency to manage Haku’s international travel.
