Layla and Jeny

Petraveller relocated pretty Maltese cross, Layla, from Melbourne to Singapore. Pet mum Jeny talks about her pet and tells us why she partnered with Petraveller for Layla’s international pet relocation to Singapore.

Layla was born in December 2020 and Jeny welcomed her into her home in February 2021. Jeny recalls, “I got Layla due to the Covid-19 pandemic and because my partner Wayne went back to Singapore in December 2020. It was very hard for me to be all alone. He suggested that I should get a dog as a companion, and it was truly the best decision for me.”

Jeny describes Layla as a very naughty and playful dog. Jeny says affectionately, “Layla loves meeting new people and always jumps around whenever she sees someone new. She knows when I’m sad and will always stay close to me whenever I feel low. Layla is a very sweet loving baby girl.”

Layla was relocating from Melbourne to Singapore. Jeny says, “Layla will be moving to Singapore to be with my partner, and hopefully, once the pandemic is over, I’ll move to Singapore and meet her again. Another reason why I chose for Layla to fly to Singapore was that Wayne has a dog at home, and I’m sure that Layla will be happy to have a big sister.”

Jeny decided to use an accredited international pet transport company to handle her pet’s journey from Melbourne to Singapore. Jenny and Wayne contacted many pet transport agencies in Australia before reaching out to Petraveller to assist with Layla’s pet travel.
