Lighto and Harue

“Lighto is a sweet and lovely boy.”

Harue moved from Launceston to Japan for work and used Petraveller to relocate her gorgeous pet cat Lighto. Harue talks about her pet’s personality and explains why she used Petraveller for international pet travel to Japan.

Harue gave Lighto a forever home by adopting him from the RSPCA when Lighto was eleven weeks old after her previous cat passed away. Harue talks affectionately about her kitty. She smiles and says, “Lighto is sweet most of the time, but he can be a bit moody from time to time and does not like to be bothered. He does not like to be touched on his paws. However, Lighto is a very sweet and lovely boy.”

Harue was relocating to Tokyo, Japan, for work. She says, “Leaving Lighto here in Australia was an option that we explored initially. We asked all my friends and their friends, but unfortunately (fortunately?), nobody wanted to take him, so I decided to take him with us. Lighto saved me when I was in a very deep place after our previous cat passed away, so he is very special to me.”

Relocating a pet abroad requires extensive planning to ensure the relocation process is smooth without any hurdles.
