Luna and Brooke

Brooke and her pretty Border Collie Luna travelled from Brisbane to Auckland with Petraveller. Brooke talks about Luna’s personality and what led her to Petraveller for the international pet relocation.

Luna became a part of the Skeen family in 2018. “We got her from a lovely lady in Brisbane,” recalls Brooke.

Talking about her pet’s beautiful personality, Brooke goes on to share, “Luna loves making new friends, sometimes humans over dogs. She is full of energy and has lots of love to give. However, she’s a little bit of an anxious girl.” She laughs and adds, “We once showed her a fly, and she got scared and jumped onto my husband for security.”

The Skeen family was moving to Auckland, New Zealand, to be closer to their family and friends. Brooke says, “We did talk about leaving Luna. However, it just wasn’t an option for us. She is our baby.”

Relocating a pet overseas can be a daunting task. Brooke decided to choose an accredited international pet transport company to handle Luna’s pet travel from Brisbane to Auckland.
