Charming Bull Arab x Labrador Retriever, Max, travelled from Brisbane to Washington DC with Petraveller and made it to his destination in great spirits. Read to know more about Max and his international pet relocation story.

Max joined the Webb family when he was a puppy. Paige shares, “Max has a one-year-old human brother, and his best friend is our cat, who, unfortunately, we have to leave behind as she is too old for the travel time. Max is a lovely dog who sometimes needs directions and told what to do and when to do it; otherwise, he walks around aimlessly. He’s okay with dogs if he knows them and has established dominance, or he can be difficult and reactive and needs close supervision. Once he has established a relationship, he likes to play and will bow to initiate play.”

Max is a relaxed dog and enjoys human company. Paige says, “Max spends his time watching the comings and goings of the house from the comfort of his bed. He loves playing ball and can sometimes be reluctant to let go of the ball to continue playing fetch. Having two balls is the best way to keep the game going.”

Paige smiles and continues, “Every morning, our cat greets Max by cleaning his face. He sits and lets her lick his face and clean his eyes. Sometimes she even bites his cheek, and he loves it!”

The Webb family were moving to Washington, DC, for work and were taking Max with them.
