We had a kitten before Mei; the kitty and Mei grew up and played together.” Rena continues, “Mei is quite insecure. She is very close to my husband and me and only sleeps if both of us are around. She is very wary of strangers and barks loudly if she sees or hears strangers. Mei whines a lot when she is anxious.”

The Leong family were relocating to Singapore for work. Rena says, “Mei will be heartbroken if she is not with us.”
