The Krielen family and their handsome Staffordshire Bullterrier X, Nike relocated to Auckland with Petraveller. Paul talks about Nike and shares his relocation experience.
Paul found Nike on a pet rescue website, while they were holidaying in Paris and instantly fell in love with him. He says, “We made inquiries as soon as we returned to Australia, and two weeks after, Nike became a part of our family.” He says fondly, “He is loving, curious and full of beans, but has zero sense of personal space.”
The Krielen family are originally from New Zealand. Paul says, “We have a baby who will be 12 months old, so we decided to move back home as we wanted to be closer to our family. Leaving Nike behind didn’t cross our minds at all.”
