Phoenix and Amanda

Phoenix, an adorable Domestic Shorthair cat and his mommy Amanda relocated to London from Perth. Amanda shares with us the pet relocation experience.

Amanda has known Phoenix over the past eight years. She recollects, “Phoenix has been with my husband’s family since his birth 16 years ago. At that point in time, my husband lived in London, and then Phoenix relocated with us to Perth in August 2015.” Amanda fondly says, “Phoenix loves me more than he loves Paul.”

Phoenix is a friendly cat. He loves food and is loyal to anyone who feeds him. He loves a good head massage too. Amanda says, “He’s quite a large cat weighing about 6 kg. He’s always been a large lad and is not shy at all. His meow is also a mixture of Cockney and Aussie twang now.”

The Bradshaws were moving back home to London. Amanda says, “There was no way we would relocate without Phoenix even though he is slightly senior in age. We made sure Phoenix was fit to fly, and he had a lot of check-ups at the local vet.”
