“Luna is a chatterbox.”
The Coronavirus pandemic separated many families because of lockdowns and travel restrictions. Lucia used Petraveller to relocate Luna from Melbourne to Milan to be closer to family. Here’s their pet relocation story.
Luna became a part of Lucia’s family in September 2019. Lucia says, “I have always been a cat lover, but when I heard about the beautiful and amazing personalities of Ragdolls, I enquired with a breeder and eventually met Luna. I immediately fell in love with her and brought her home.”
Luna is just the perfect Ragdoll. Lucia fondly says, “She has the sweetest and most affectionate character. She is extremely gentle and vocal with me. She follows me around the house and is always in the same room as me. She is also a chatterbox.” Lucia laughs and adds, “I always say that Luna is a cat who thinks she is a dog! She plays fetch and welcomes me in front of the door when I come back home.”
“Luna is shy and easy to scare when I’m not around. She’s not used to travelling and being carried in a crate, and she will need to be handled with extreme care and very gently,” says Lucia with a touch of concern.
Lucia was heading back home to Milan, Italy to spend time with her family. She says, “The COVID-19 pandemic has hit us all so hard and being so far away from family has definitely taken its toll. Bringing Luna with me is a no brainer for me, she is my family here, and I would never leave her behind.”
Lucia decided to use a pet transport company to relocate her pet to Italy because it is a complicated process. She reached out to Petraveller to assist with Luna’s travel. She says, “Petraveller was recommended by a friend who used the service. Petraveller had great reviews from customers.”
Luna was an absolute darling on her long flight to Milan-Malpensa. Thank you, Lucia, for trusting Petraveller with your sweet girl Luna’s relocation. Wishing you lots of love and happiness with your family and Luna in Italy.
