Beautiful Domestic Shorthair Millie recently travelled from Sydney to Singapore with Petraveller. Proud dad Matthew talks to us about his pet’s relocation story.

Millie lived with the Purcell family for the last nine years. Matthew recalls, “She has lived with us ever since she was a kitten. Millie is an indoor cat who also loves being outdoors.” Millie does not like to be patted. Matthew says, “However, she does like to sit on your knee occasionally and likes to play with ribbons and strings.”

Millie is timid, shy and is not very fond of other cats and dogs. She doesn’t like situational changes too. Matthew says, “Millie does not like travelling in vehicles or leaving the house.”

Matthew was relocating for work and used Petraveller to relocate his pet from Sydney to Singapore. He says, “A work colleague, who recently used the service, recommended Petraveller.”

Keeping Millie’s health in mind, Matthew says, “Millie experiences nausea and anxiety during transport in cars. In the past, for long distances, we have used anxiety medications or mild sedatives to assist her with this.” Since sedatives are not recommended during air travel, Petraveller helped Millie have a pleasant flight by ensuring that she was looked after with great care.
