Molly, Sappho and Jarvis

Jarvis and his pets Molly and Sappho relocated to Toronto, Canada with Petraveller. We spoke to Jarvis about his pets and why he chose Petraveller for the relocation. Here’s what Jarvis had to say.

Jarvis adopted Molly and Sappho from a dog shelter. These cute furballs have been a part of his family for six years and counting. Talking to us about his pets’ personalities, Jarvis says, “Molly is a quiet dog who loves to hang out with people and cats rather than dogs. She spends her time napping and often searches for warm spots to sleep. Molly loves going for walks and playing tug of war with her stuffed toy.”

On the other hand, Sappho is an adventurous and independent cat. Jarvis smiles and says, “She is friendly with new people and tends to be pretty relaxed in new situations. When at home she likes to be the queen of the neighbourhood. She’s very smoochy, but she also will let you know if she’s had enough of being held or petted.”

Jarvis and his partner were moving to Canada along with the pets, as his partner is originally from Canada. Talking about his decision about relocating with his pets, he says, “I did consider re-homing them, but I think I would miss them way too much. It wouldn’t be fair to them after we have been together for so long.”

Jarvis looked for pet travel agencies to guide and assist him with his pets’ travel journey. He says, “I got quotes from different companies, but I found Petraveller very responsive to my questions, and their price was competitive too.”
