Pepper, Luna and Susan

Pet mum Susan chose Petraveller to relocate her adorable Poodle Cross Pepper and Domestic Shorthair Luna from Melbourne to Singapore. Susan talks about the pet travel experience and explains how Petraveller has been helpful in relocating her pets during the pandemic.

Pepper the Poodle is sweet and loves to chase the ball. Susan smiles and says, “She sleeps a lot and is very attached to our family. Her most favourite thing in the world is food.” 

Luna is a nervous cat who takes a while to warm up to people. Susan says, “She is very attached to my daughter and will follow her around the house and sleep with her. She likes to hunt but stays around the house most days.”

Talking about Pepper’s behaviour, Susan shares, “She can read human behaviour and knows when we are going to the park to play. Pepper is obsessed with chasing the ball and will bring it back for more. She’s not very interested in playing with other dogs as she is intimidated by bigger dogs.”

Susan goes on to talk about her other furry pet, “Luna is aloof like most cats. She loves a brush and a pat. She is playful and social but only on her terms.”

Susan and her family were relocating to Singapore due to her husband’s employment. She says, “We would never consider not taking our pets, it would be a deal-breaker if we could not. Also, my daughter would be heartbroken without her cat.”

As international pet relocation can be a stressful process, Susan decided to get help from a pet relocation agency to relocate her pets abroad. Like most pet parents, Susan was concerned about the pet travel and she didn’t want her pets to be distressed during the process. 

Susan was happy to that she chose Petraveller to fly her beloved pets from Melbourne to Singapore.
