Yolkie and Tung

Tung used Petraveller to transport his beloved Ragdoll cross kitty, Yolkie, from Sydney to Hong Kong. Tung talks about why he chose Petraveller for Yolkie’s international relocation to Hong Kong. 

Yolkie found her forever home when Tung adopted her from another family and took her home. Tung says, “My partner (Nicole) and I have been caring for Yolkie for two years. She is the only pet in the family, hence, she acts like she’s the boss in the family, which is not always the case. Yolkie is bossy at home but quite timid outside home.”

Tung laughs and continues, “Yolkie headbutts us every morning to make sure we are still alive. She’s not a big eater, probably trying to save us some money. Yolkie usually spends three to four days at the pet hotel twice a year when we are out of town.”

Tung and his partner Nicole decided to move back to their home country, Hong Kong. He says, “We need to take Yolkie along. I’m staying in Sydney until Yolkie is onboard, while my partner is in Hong Kong, getting the house ready for us.”

Tung decided to take help from a reputed pet travel agency to help him with Yolkie’s international move. During his search, Tung came across Petraveller and contacted the team to manage his pet’s travel from Sydney to Hong Kong.
